Can I order custom cookies?
Absolutely!  We love custom orders -- they give us the chance to "show off" what we can do!  Please contact us directly for details on pricing and lead times.  In the meantime, check out our custom cookies pages.

Can I customize or personalize an existing cookie design?
Yes!  You can choose different color combinations, add names or dates, etc.  Please contact us for pricing and lead times.

How long do your cookies stay fresh?
Our decorated cookies remain fresh and tasty in their sealed bags for up to one month.  Our classic gourmet cookies are best eaten within a day or two of when you receive them.  Or you can freeze any of our cookie in their bags, and in airtight containers, for up to 3 months!

Does the icing on your decorated cookies melt in hot weather?
Nope!  We make our own royal icing, which is not easily affected by the heat.

How should I store your cookies?
Our decorated cookies should be stored in their bags at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.  Our classic gourmet cookies should be stored at room temperature in their bags or in an airtight container in the freezer.

Do your cookies contain nuts or other allergens?
Our cookies DO NOT contain any nuts.  They do contain wheat, milk (butter), and eggs.  And our cookies may contain soy (there is soy lecithin in our pure chocolate chips).   For more information on our nut free bakery, click here!

Do you have a retail store?
No we do not.  But you can order right here on our website!

Where are you located?
Fancypants Bakery is located at 153 Washington Street, East Walpole, MA.

What are your hours?
Our online bakery is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our telephone hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Placing an Order

How far in advance should I order?
Most of our products ship in 5 business days or less.  Base your order timing on the lead times indicated on our product pages.  Please note that UPS does not deliver packages on weekends -- so if you are ordering party favors, please plan to have your cookies arrive two to three business days before the date of your event.  Please contact us to arrange shipping on large orders or custom cookie designs.

Can I call in an order, or send it via email?
Yes!  Please contact us.

How do I know my order was processed, or when it ships?
You will receive emails from Fancypants Bakery, confirming your order, and indicating when it has shipped.

What if I need to cancel or change an order?
Please see our Terms of Use, and contact us with questions.



Shipping

What shipping company do you use?
Our carrier is FedEx.  Please see our Shipping Information page for details!

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Boxes?
No.  FedEx only delivers to actual street addresses.

Can I receive my shipment on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday?
FedEx Home Delivery does deliver on Saturdays, but not on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.

Do I need to sign for my package?
This depends on FedEx's policy regarding your specific address.  Normally, no signature is necessary.

How do I track my package(s)?
You will receive an email once you have ordered that allows you to track your package(s).

Can I pick up my order myself, or send a courier?
Absolutely.  Simply select "pick up" from the shipping options menu.  Then contact us to make an appointment for picking up your order.

Do you have a catalog?
Not at this time.  The best place to see our large selection of cookie designs is here on our website.

Do you wholesale or private label?
We wholesale a select variety of our decorated cookies.  We do not private label at this time.

Don't you ever get sick of cookies?
Nope!  We LOVE THEM, and we taste-test every single batch of dough!
